ENROLLMENT

Enroll your student by clicking on the correct grade level button. Grade level is based on current 2021-2022 school year grade. Fill out a separate form for each student  you are enrolling. Enrollments and payments are due by: FRIDAY, MAY 15th!  Make checks payable to USD 262 and be sure to put your child's name in the memo. Mail payments to:
